Use the arrow buttons in the upper right to scroll through weeks. You can send email messages to your teammates. Tap the team name button to send an email to your entire team. Tap individual team members to send them an email message of encouragement. This area scrolls as needed to see additional team members. Tap the menu selections at the bottom to move to additional pages. |

Meal Tracking
Scroll between days by taping the week day buttons. Tap a meal to automatically select what has been planned. Tap the blue arrow to edit or enter what you at for the meal. Tap Water if you consumed your target of 8 8oz glasses of water for the day. Tap Vitamin to indicate you had your vitamin. Tap save to save the days tracking. |

Enter the meal description. Select your meals ranking from the spinner. Nuvita X and Live Lean - enter calories. |
